Individual Coaching – I provide coaching in leadership, people skills, personal development, career and life planning. I take a solution focussed, strength based approach to coaching drawing on my training in positive psychology (http://www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/Default.aspx) and ACT(www.actmindfully.com.au). Here is a summary of my approach to coaching: Coaching with Rachel - What to Expect.pdf

Assessment – I use tailored 360 degree feedback surveys, focus groups, individual interviews and direct observation of interactions to provide in depth and accurate assessment of strengths and development needs.

Team Facilitation – My approach to facilitation involves encouraging teams to use their strengths; to identify the resources present in the situation; analyse issues; explore options; resolve any current difficulties and plan for the future. Here is the handout from a presentation I gave on team facilitation and here is one I gave on Mindfulness in Every Day Group Work.pdf
